Hillary Neger delivers sound legal analysis and creative solutions for her clients.
She helps clients navigate matters before the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She has represented both large- and small-scale industry members, including automotive manufacturers, technology companies, energy producers, and more. Hillary has also been at the forefront of the developing world of autonomous vehicles and the legal framework that supports them. Her broad pro bono portfolio makes her a strong asset in litigation and regulatory contexts alike.
While at the Georgetown University Law Center, Hillary served on the American Criminal Law Review as an executive editor and as a law fellow for the First Year Legal Research and Writing Program. She also participated in Georgetown's prestigious Appellate Litigation Clinic, drafting and filing a brief on an issue of first impression before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
