As Counsel in Hogan Lovells' International Insurance team, Lydia has more than ten years' experience helping clients with their most complex insurance and reinsurance disputes.

She has wide-ranging experience of all types of (re)insurance disputes, including property damage, business interruption, delay in start-up, fidelity/crime, trade credit, D&O and professional liability claims as well as more general commercial disputes and regulatory investigations.  

Lydia is familiar with all forms of dispute resolution procedure: Commercial Court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration, including on a cross-jurisdictional basis.  

Her insurance expertise also extends to (re)insurance policy review, design and coverage advice across a broad range of insurance types and classes of business.
