Advising the lenders, including Citibank and Bank of China, on a US$4.65 billion syndicated loan to internet giant Tencent.

Advising Bank of America Merill Lynch on a US$250 million revolving asset-backed loan facility to U.S. subsidiaries of NLMK, a global steel producer.
