New York Consumer Seminar: Opportunities and Challenges in the Consumer Sector

On November 13, the Hogan Lovells Consumer Sector will host a half day seminar at the New York office focusing on some of the most pressing issues faced by executives and general counsel in the industry. Chelsea A. Grayson, former general counsel, chief administrative officer, and executive vice president of American Apparel will deliver a keynote on building an ethical culture, followed by panel discussions featuring leading consumer lawyers from the U.S. and around the globe.

This seminar will have two concurrent session tracks with the following topics to choose from:

Session one:

  • We know where you shopped last summer: Opportunities and risk management for data collection
  • The life of a product and its regulatory hurdles

Session two:

  • Secrets of retail restructuring
  • Technology acquisitions

After the discussions, we will host a cocktail reception to provide an opportunity to meet our panelists and colleagues in the consumer industry.

CLE Credits
This program offers 2.0 hours of General CLE credit in California and 2.0 hours of Professional Practice credit in New York, pending approval of materials. All other attendees will receive a uniform certificate of attendance.
